Sweetalk Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Sweetalk, an AI speaking-practice app for language learning. By using Sweetalk, you agree to these terms.

Use of Sweetalk

Sweetalk provides AI-powered conversation, voice practice, translation, correction, notes, and related learning features. Sweetalk is for educational and entertainment purposes. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate account information and may not use Sweetalk in a way that violates applicable laws or harms other users, Sweetalk, or third-party services.

User Content

You keep ownership of the text, audio, profile information, feedback, and other content you provide. You grant Sweetalk the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content to provide and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Sweetalk for illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or harmful activity.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass limits in Sweetalk.
  • Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional judgment.

Subscriptions

Sweetalk may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under your Apple account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Subscription features are available while your subscription is active and successfully verified.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Sweetalk account from inside the app through Settings. Account deletion removes your account record and associated app data that Sweetalk is not legally required to retain. If you have an Apple subscription, deleting your Sweetalk account does not automatically cancel Apple billing. Cancel your subscription in your Apple account before deleting your account if you do not want future charges.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Sweetalk at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use of Sweetalk after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use Sweetalk in a way that harms the service or others. You may stop using Sweetalk at any time.

Disclaimers

Sweetalk is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweetalk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
